Canadian rock band Simple Plan are the guests on the newest installment of the Lipps Service podcast, speaking with host Scott Lipps about the highlights from their 25-year career, including the hits “Perfect” and “I’m Just a Kid” and their influential debut album, No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls.
The band members discuss their roots and early days making music in Canada, the Montreal punk scene, losing a record deal with Sony, performing on the Vans Warped Tour and touring with Avril Lavigne. Simple Plan also dishes on working with producer Bob Rock, their version of a perfect album and their favorite Canadian bands.
